Don’t make Erin pick her favorite items at NuBe Green because she can only narrow it down to her top three: Gnome-be-gones, Mandles and the recycled record products by Vinylux. If those records still played, she would definitely be singing along. She does have one reason why she loves working at NuBe Green: it is not a place for “greener than thou” attitudes; the shared belief is that any little bit you can do to live a more sustainable lifestyle helps. When Erin isn’t at the store (either dealing with the technical side of things or ringing up sales) or finishing up her Liberal Studies degree at Seattle University, you can probably find her in the water. She loves scuba diving! She also enjoys music, traveling and giving back; she is currently volunteering with the Children’s Literacy Project.
Sustainability tip: Turn off the lights when you leave a room. Not only will it save energy, but it’ll lower your light bill. And who doesn’t love that?
